Total lifesavers. When my furnace went out during below-zero temperatures, they stepped in immediately and took care of everything. While waiting for the replacement unit, they made sure my house stayed warm with supplemental heat so I wasn’t left in the cold. They ultimately replaced my entire furnace and made sure everything was done right. The team was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough during a really stressful situation. Their care, urgency, and professionalism truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our furnace went out at midnight. Called Holland heating because they have 24/7 emergency service. Called them 3 times and left name and number nobody didn’t even call back until 8 hours later. I then called Davison Heating & Cooling. They send a tech out who proceeded to tell us we had cracked seals. That we needed a full furnace replacement ($8,000). Then tried to sell us a package with a furnace AND AIR CONDITIONING! ($18,000) Our air conditioner works so why would we buy a new one. We declined and sent him away. Finally called Bud’s in Lapeer and they sent Andy out and HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 20 MINUTES! Had the part in his truck! Bud’s have been amazing. When I posted this on my Facebook 4-5 people spoke up praising Bud’s because they’ve used them before! Then our friend Doris called them based on our rave reviews and she had an equally positive experience. This place is honest and fair. Andy was very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Our furnace was struggling to keep our temp above 60 and we contacted Bud's that afternoon via the new assistant (worked very well!). The assistant gave us an appointment time for the next day. Andy called the next morning before our scheduled appointment time and came right over. He had an idea already of what the problem was, based on the questions asked during the first call, I presume, and had us up and running in no time! It was SO wonderful waking up to a warm house this morning. Thanks, Andy!

We have used Buds heating and Cooling several times before. Our heater went out on one of the coldest nights. I called Bud’s Heating and Cooling. Greg came out the same morning I called. He was very friendly and informative with many options for us to choose from. He was very honest and helpful. I heater was up and running quickly. I will continue to use Buds for our future needs. Our 20 year old furnace was having issues getting our temperature over 60 degrees - which feels pretty darn cold when it's 0 outside. My husband normally fixes our furnace, but he's scheduled for a knee replacement in 2 days, so we thought we'd call in the professionals. We decided on Bud's because of all of the great reviews and they were spot on! Andy came out the very next morning and got us sorted in no time. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We will be having Andy out to give us a quote for a new furnace in the Spring. Thank you thank you thank you!

Greg did a great job, did more than he was paid to do, and spoke such high praise of his employer that I have no choice but to be impressed, both by the work done, and by the supposed character of his employer whom I've never even met. A stand up guy and a job well done. He also entertained my endless questions.

Greg was amazing today! Very professional and very well knowledgeable! He took his time before and after the repairs to let me know what he was going to do and I had options for my fixes. He made the repairs fast and made it all look very nice. I’m a customer for life if you guys keep workers like Greg there!

Greg was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bud’s Heating and Cooling is who we will use every time. Holland Heating and Cooling installed our furnace and it’s been repaired by them multiple times. Greg explained why it needed this repair and how it shouldn’t need multiple ones. The owner of Bud’s Heating and Cooling even took the time to return our call on New Year’s Day and scheduled our repair for the next day. That is very impressive.

Superb, on-time service. Had a furnace replaced and cannot be more pleased with the workers, their work, and, their manners. After I inspected their effort, I found a clean work area with no debris. Actually, I discovered extremely detailed and extra-effort work. Bud's has been servicing my home for many years. I plan on continuing with them.
