Woke up to no heat this morning. 30 minutes after calling Bud was here to check it out. He looked everything over and gave me options for repairs. I picked the one that worked best for me at this time and he got to work. Not only did he fix the part that wasn’t working but he checked everything out to make sure it was safe and working properly.

Great experience with Buds Heating and Cooling. Our furnace quit working on a cool Sunday morning so we called first thing Monday morning and they sent someone that afternoon! Greg was very professional and informational. He quickly found the problem and fixed it. The price was very reasonable, too. These guys are our new go-to!

Bud did a great job fixing my old furnace he took care of the problem and did a full inspection after he replaced the parts that were needed.He is a great guy and his prices are pretty reasonable. He even did some adjustments to my furnace to help make it run more efficiently.

Andy was the service technician that came to my home to service my furnace. He quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. I told him I would like to to get an estimate for a new furnace, he told me Buds would be happy to quote a new furnace, I didn't need one yet. He showed me how to solve the problem I had, and suggested a pre-seasnon check up next . Great honest service

Sean was incredibly kind and professional, and made my heat being out a much better experience than it could have been. I also appreciated how quickly he contacted me, and how well he explained all the different options I had with this repair.
I couldn’t be happier with this experience, and I will be using Bud’s from now on.
Update, 2 years later: once again, phenomenal service and customer service from Bud’s. This time around, I had Greg.
First of all, he was the kindest technician of any kind I’ve ever had in my home. I immediately felt comfortable having him here, and was quickly taught that he knows his stuff.
Secondly, I appreciate the tier system for service — I’m currently financially struggling, and it was wonderful to have a solution that had my heat back on that same night, while being less of a financial strain.
Third, this was the fastest I’ve *ever* had a technician come out. It got really cold last night, and I appreciate that my heat was back on before I needed more than a sweater and a blanket.
Once again, I’ll only use Bud’s. Consistently reliable service this far apart means they pay attention to who they employ, and only employ the best. Overall, just a wonderful company.
