Our technician Greg was excellent! AC was not keeping up with the heat wave. Called Bud’s and they came out the same day. Greg did an excellent job of documenting the problem areas, thoroughly explaining how he would fix them, and how much it would cost. Gave great advice on furnace filters and how to install properly. Set us up with a good tune up and maintenance plan for the future. He even followed up the next day just to make sure everything was working properly and we were satisfied with the job. Thank you Greg and Bud’s Heating and Cooling!!!

Andy was very honest today and said that because my air-conditioning was more commercial that I would have to have a different company fix it but he did not charge me to come out and have a look. Very nice people. And she gave me the name of a bagel shop in town since I’m brand new to the area.

When air conditioner went out we called Bud's Heating and Cooling. While at house we had them check furnace. They had installed furnace in this house 30 years ago and repaired air conditioner when limb from neighbors tree fell on it. Both needed replaced. My husband and I very happy with the whole process. They took extreme care in making sure no damage to house when removing and installing new products and made sure everything was cleaned up after installation Bud and his sons made sure we understood what was happening everyday and they went through operation of system before leaving. We highly recommend this company.
