I wanted a new non smart thermostat as the one I have is a Nest smart thermostat & I hated it!!! Budd’s heating & cooling was very quick adding my call/request to their schedule. Greg S. Was the service man that came out & he was amazing. Called when he was a few minutes from arriving & was about 30 minutes ahead of scheduled time. Was willing to wait until my exact appointment time if his arriving a bit early was an inconvenience. Such a kind sweet man overall & installed a new thermostat that doesn’t have a mind of its own, and I can control it all on my own!!!! Did a fantastic job, & cared about not damaging the wall when switching the thermostat that was a different size & shape . Would highly recommend Bud’s Heating & Cooling and service man GREG S.

Once again, Bud knocked his customer service out of the park!! Professional and friendly service is second to none!! Thank you again Bud!!!!!

Greg was very nice and thorough, and answered all of my questions.

Very fast response. They made appointments and were there on time. Repair was completed and the furnace works great.

Quality work, always on time, friendly and professional through all the years I have used Bud's Heating and Cooling.

We have used Bud's Heating for probably close to 46 years. We have always been very satisfied with thier knowledge, skill, professionalism and care of our home. Had a Furnace Check Up. Greg upheld the good qualities that we have seen in Bud's Heating. We highly recommend them. Sincerely, Erle and Shirley B

Bud’s was fantastic. Very quick to respond and come out to the house to help with an AC leak issue. Greg was very knowledgeable and thorough to assess and repair the equipment for me and answer all my questions. Thank you! I will be using your services in the future.

Technician showed up early and had my AC running in know time .Very professional. He gave me a tip on the best filters to use to prevent future problems.

Our furnace went on the fritz. It seemed it was possessed by gremlins! They came multiple days until they found those gremlin circuits and cured our furnace. Who needs a Wizard when you have Bud's.

Cameron and Bud were very timely, communicated well, respectful of my home, and very professional. I appreciate how they educated me on my system and how I could improve it. They walked me through their findings and confirmed I understood. I absolutely recommend them and will be calling them again in the future!

Awesome service call went way out of their way ,was on time and very pleasant thank you guys

Everything was repaired and cleaned. Technician did a great job and was friendly.

I just had a new furnace and AC unit installed. Bud's Heating and Cooling went above and beyond. From the estimate to the install they are top notch. The young men Sean, Jeremy, and Michael were professional thoughtful and left my house immaculate. Call them you won't be sorry.

Our furnace shut off early one morning so I called Buds and within three hours a service man was here. The furnace is thirty years old and it needed the necessary repairs. It was a very cold morning so I was very happy knowing we had heat again. I would highly recommend them. Edit 07/31/26: We wanted to get our first central A/C unit installed. Bud's was the first place we called, and the only place that needed calling. After a few days, and a very reasonable price, Bud's had our home cooled down and exceeded our expectations. 10/10!!!!

Seemed very knowledgeable. Was friendly and kept me informed of potential furnace issues. Would recommend the company to others.

Did an amazing job! Efficient, explained everything and what my options would be, cleaned everything up very nicely and just all around great experience! Thank you so much!
