Absolutely lovely people to work with. We had Andy assigned to do our diagnostics and some work on our furnace that is having trouble short cycling. Andy walked myself and my girlfriend through his whole process, spoke with insurance directly on the phone and was extremely thoughtful and informative with the way he discussed what needed to be done. Will not go anywhere else for heating and cooling just due to the in person service and how friendly they are!

Andy came out from Bud’s heating and cooling. He was very professional, and solved my heating issue quickly. I will definitely be using this company again. Five stars all the way!

Called early on a Saturday morning. They had a repair man at my house in 2 hours. My furnace wouldn't work and it was 48 degrees in my house.

He was extremely thorough and meticulous, taking his time to diagnose the issue properly and making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. He explained what he was doing along the way and never rushed the job, which gave us a lot of confidence in the repair. It’s clear he truly cares about doing things the right way. We’re very grateful for his hard work and professionalism and would highly recommend Greg to anyone needing furnace service.

I’ve had Bud’s out to my place for maintenance a few times. Prices are reasonable and Andy was professional and not pushy. All of my questions were answers and concerns addressed.

We needed an inspection and found out we would have to replace the furnace. They set us up for installation and were very prompt and professional all the way through the process. We would definitely call them for any needs in the future.

Buds has been my heating and cooling provider for many years. On Nov. 6 they installed my new furnace. They did an excellent job, were very professional and thoroughly explained warranty. etc. I have always been very satisfied with their service and their professionalism. They are definitely a 5 star company. I highly recommend them.
