They were very professional , kind , courteous, spent the most time in regards to trying to figure out whether my Furnace could be saved with repair or if it was better to replace it completely. The time and dedication spent on my old and new Furnace was greatly appreciated. Within making the decision to replace the old Furnace, they were able to install it 2 days later !! Fast, & reliable and friendly. They literally spent almost 2 hours. looking at my old Furnace diagnosing it , testing it , so on and so forth to see if it could be repaired. I made the decision to purchase a new Furnace because the old Furnace was dangerous it was leaking gas from the manifold very dangerous and my 20 year-old daughter was sleeping down there! three major parts components that needed to be replaced was very pricey, considering that it may once again break down within several months of repair. because I didnt want to be put in the position to be without heat again I went with a new Furnace dedicated to the size of my home. There was no pressure , the team gave me several options regarding my budget . I highly recommend this company and these technicians and service professionals for future needs and services. Id give them an A+ rating with the BBB .

They do great work. Called before came. Show up when said. Kept me constantly in loop of what they were doing. Gave me several options to choose from. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful company. Bud’s did a service call on a Sunday as our furnace was not working. So grateful. Needed to order a part and was fixed the next day. Great service. Great company. Wonderful people!!

Had furnace/AC installed by Bud’s last winter but it was to cold for them to complete the testing on the AC, they stated that they would need to come back in the Spring. Fast forward to the Spring, I got a text from Bud to see when I would be available for them to come out. We made an appointment, the tech came out on time and completed the testing. Will definitely use Buds in the future for all my HVAC needs!

Had Greg and Cameron came out and did a tune up on my furnace on a house I had just bought. The did a AMAZING job and explained everything to me in great detail. Thank you so much

It’s Easter weekend, and I’m hosting a family gathering. Unfortunately, my furnace is blowing cold air, so I called Bud’s Heating and Cooling. Bud promptly arranged for Greg to come out the same day. Greg called to inform me of his estimated timeframe, and then I received a text message stating that he was on his way. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Greg efficiently fixed my furnace within a short time, performed a safety check, and thoroughly inspected the entire unit to ensure it was safe to operate. While my 25-year-old furnace does require replacement, Greg managed to keep me warm for a few more chilly days until summer finally arrives. Cost was very reasonable. They are now programmed in my phone for the future.
