Our furnace shut off early one morning so I called Buds and within three hours a service man was here. The furnace is thirty years old and it needed the necessary repairs. It was a very cold morning so I was very happy knowing we had heat again. I would highly recommend them.

Bud's Heating & Cooling is a great HVAC company. When my 20 yr old furnace died in freezing temperatures and I needed quick service, Bud's sent a technician out the very next day and I had a new furnace installed in 2 days time. Their prices are fair and they make the whole process easy and without sales pressure. The install team, led by Sean, was great and thorough, and worked hard to get my new furnace up and running smoothly. All in all, a good experience. I would highly recommend them.

Saturday morning woke up -15 degrees outside and furnace not working. Made a call to Bud's they was at my house in about 90 minutes. after checking my furnace, had to go pick up the apart and returned to install the part. Furnace started producing heat. I give Bud's a 5 star. Fast service and the bill was very reasonable.

Early Super Bowl Sunday morning, my home was 50 degrees. I called Bud’s and left a message. Andy called me back within 10 minutes and was at my home within an hour. Fixed my issue. Now I have heat. So grateful for Buds Heating and Cooling.

I highly recommend Bud’s ! From making the appointment to installation-excellent service in all aspects! They were efficient, friendly and professional. If the scale is 1-10 (ten being best) I give Bud’s an eleven!!

We had a programmable thermostat install which i was so glad Buds installed. There was alot more installation involved because of my older heating system..everything works just like we expected.. thanks Bud and his younger son

Total lifesavers. When my furnace went out during below-zero temperatures, they stepped in immediately and took care of everything. While waiting for the replacement unit, they made sure my house stayed warm with supplemental heat so I wasn’t left in the cold. They ultimately replaced my entire furnace and made sure everything was done right. The team was calm, reassuring, and incredibly thorough during a really stressful situation. Their care, urgency, and professionalism truly went above and beyond. I can’t recommend them enough.

Our furnace went out at midnight. Called Holland heating because they have 24/7 emergency service. Called them 3 times and left name and number nobody didn’t even call back until 8 hours later. I then called Davison Heating & Cooling. They send a tech out who proceeded to tell us we had cracked seals. That we needed a full furnace replacement ($8,000). Then tried to sell us a package with a furnace AND AIR CONDITIONING! ($18,000) Our air conditioner works so why would we buy a new one. We declined and sent him away. Finally called Bud’s in Lapeer and they sent Andy out and HE FIXED THE PROBLEM IN 20 MINUTES! Had the part in his truck! Bud’s have been amazing. When I posted this on my Facebook 4-5 people spoke up praising Bud’s because they’ve used them before! Then our friend Doris called them based on our rave reviews and she had an equally positive experience. This place is honest and fair. Andy was very polite and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Our furnace was struggling to keep our temp above 60 and we contacted Bud's that afternoon via the new assistant (worked very well!). The assistant gave us an appointment time for the next day. Andy called the next morning before our scheduled appointment time and came right over. He had an idea already of what the problem was, based on the questions asked during the first call, I presume, and had us up and running in no time! It was SO wonderful waking up to a warm house this morning. Thanks, Andy!
