Andy was very honest today and said that because my air-conditioning was more commercial that I would have to have a different company fix it but he did not charge me to come out and have a look. Very nice people. And she gave me the name of a bagel shop in town since I’m brand new to the area.

When air conditioner went out we called Bud's Heating and Cooling. While at house we had them check furnace. They had installed furnace in this house 30 years ago and repaired air conditioner when limb from neighbors tree fell on it. Both needed replaced. My husband and I very happy with the whole process. They took extreme care in making sure no damage to house when removing and installing new products and made sure everything was cleaned up after installation Bud and his sons made sure we understood what was happening everyday and they went through operation of system before leaving. We highly recommend this company.

Andy came out last night a little after 7pm to fix our outdoor unit. He had it running in no time and was a real pleasure. We will use this company from now on!
